Hi there! I’m Heather James. I was certified as a labor and postpartum doula in 2007 through The Matrona in Asheville, NC. In 2010, I became a NC Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (LMBT #10296). My own children were born in 2002, 2004, and 2011. Their pregnancies and births inspired me to do this work today.
